We had our final inspections last week, and we're aiming to do our Soft Opening for friends, family and the neighborhood on 9/30 - 10/2 (Friday-Sunday)!

We also have a confession to make: we're not entirely done with our recipe testing yet! We're a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to our drinks and getting our in-house purées and syrups just right has taken longer than expected. We're also especially proud of our signature Rebel Drinks, such as the Purple Rice Yogurt, Fresh Taro and our Dirty Rebel.
